Steven Pool

Dr. Steve Pool, Professor of Management and Chair of the Management/International Business/Entrepreneurship/Supply Chain Management Department, joined Ashland University in 1986. He teaches in the graduate and undergraduate programs, specializing in Strategic Planning, Labor Relations, and Organizational Behavior studies. He has published numerous articles in management journals. His consulting firm, SWP Management Consulting, LLC, has worked with both manufacturing and service industries in Ohio. He has a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administrations from Ashland College. He received his Ph. D. in education from The University of Akron.
