A great way to get a head start on your college education
Through Ashland’s Post-Secondary Enrollment Options program (PSEOP), high school students with strong academic records can earn college credit and/or high school graduation credit by taking college courses.
Requirements of the program:
- participation in a college preparatory curriculum and completion of the following:
- Two or more years of high school English
- Two or more units of math (algebra or higher)
- Two or more units of science (one must be a laboratory science)
- Two or more units of social studies
- a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.00 on a 4.00 scale
- a composite score of 21 or higher on the ACT or 980 (CR/M) total score on the SAT (Sub-scores will be used to obtain the best overall composite or total if you’ve taken the ACT or SAT more than once)
