Graduate Education Schedule Information and Registration

The Dwight Schar College of Education at Ashland University has gone green - we no longer send out any printed schedules. You may preview the 2013 Summer Course Schedule linked to this page, on WebAdvisor or at a program center located in Ashland, Columbus, Cleveland, Elyria or Stark/Massillon. The courses listed are applicable to students enrolled in the College's M.Ed., Bachelor's Plus, graduate licensure and/or graduate endorsement programs.

Summer 2013 Registration is Underway!

New This Summer!  If you have registered for summer X, Y and Z in the past, you will see that they have changed to K, L and M.  Why the change?  We have extended the length of the terms so that your work load will be more manageable.  Also, term L, which overlaps terms K and M, will be primarily online classes.  This allows you the opportunity to take an additional online class that begins midway through term K or before the M term begins.

Summer Term K  is May 13 - June 22

Summer Term L is June 10 - July 20

Summer Term M is June 24 - August 3

Do You Want to Register for Classes?

All students may apply for classes using the attached M.Ed. registration form. If you have completed one semester at Ashland University, you can register online using the WebAdvisor system. If you are a new student, you will need to complete a hard copy form and return it to the program center where you plan to take the majority of your courses. If you have questions regarding scheduling policies and processes, including financial aid, graduation and more, see the Supplement to the Graduate Schedule.

Do You Need to Register for an Inquiry Seminar, Thesis, Practicum or Internship? How about an Advanced Field Practicum?

All of Ashland's M.Ed. programs have a capstone experience. Given your program, you may need to register for an inquiry seminar, thesis, practicum or thesis. Go to M.Ed. Capstones and Advanced Field Practicums to learn more about your capstone options and what will be available during the summer.
