
Dr. Boris Kerkez
Bio
Dr. Kerkez earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Analysis and a Master of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio; and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Computer Science from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Kerkez joined Ashland University in 2003. He has taught a variety of computer science courses including Computer Programming I, Data Structures, and Programming Languages. Dr. Kerkez's research interests include machine learning, case-based reasoning, planning and plan recognition, the Steiner Tree, Pancake network, neural network applications, and cognitive science.
